Credits are your generation balance
The App quotes the credit cost before each job. Different effects, quality levels, durations and additional clips can have different totals. New accounts receive 20 welcome credits, which may be less than the cost of one generation.
Passes are prepaid
Monthly and annual passes are charged once and do not automatically renew. A monthly purchase grants its credits when payment clears. An annual purchase releases its stated credits each month rather than granting the entire year immediately. Unused credits carry over.
Card payments use Telegram Stars
Choose your pass in the App, select Credit / Debit Card and check the required Stars amount. The USD reference price is not a guarantee of the final price of buying Stars.
Step 1: Purchase enough Stars through Telegram using your card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another method available on your device. You can buy them while opening the invoice, or through Telegram’s official @PremiumBot. Check the final price before completing the purchase.
Step 2: Return to mimisy and select Card with Telegram. Open the Telegram invoice, check the Stars total and confirm payment. Return to Transaction history to check the order. Credits arrive after Telegram confirms payment; this method does not automatically renew.
Crypto uses a separate checkout
When crypto checkout is available, the provider supplies a payment page with its own address, amount, currency and expiry. Follow that invoice exactly. An unpaid pending order does not mean funds have been received.
Check history before trying again
Open Credits & payments in the App and view Transaction history. It combines purchases and credit changes and identifies the payment method. If you paid but have not received credits, contact support with the order ID and your account email. Never send your password.
